Treatment booking rules & regulations

1). If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please do so at least 4 hours before treatment commencement in order to facilitate us to rearrange bookings.

2). If you’ve booked the earliest booking of the day – 10:00AM session – but need to cancel it due to personal reason, please Whatsapp us the night before or ASAP prior to treatment commencement.

3). For both situations, if unfortunately you fail to inform us within the abovementioned given time frame, we have no choice but to deduct half of your booked treatment time from you package as compensation to our time loss.

4). Also please be on time for treatment in order to facilitate our treatment rooms and therapists scheduling.

Please note that if you’re late for more that 15 mins., the time lost will not be compensated in the total treatment time of the day.
